About the role

We are seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support our plant‑based food business in Karachi. The role bridges distributors, field sales teams and the factory to ensure smooth, data‑driven sales processes.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate with distributors, field sales teams, and the factory to maintain seamless operations.
Track and analyse sales performance, delivering timely reports to management.
Support sales planning, order processing and follow‑up on deliveries.
Ensure sales targets and deadlines are met.
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date sales records and data.
Resolve sales‑related queries efficiently and professionally.
Assist in improving distributor and field team performance through coordination and support.

Required profile

2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1 year in sales operations.
Strong communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
Proactive, responsible and detail‑oriented approach.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with sales reporting tools.
