Sales Operations Manager – Future Channels

About the role

As a Sales Operations Manager for Future Channels, you will lead the end‑to‑end Modern Trade operating model, ensuring alignment across sales, supply chain, finance and category teams. You will drive demand‑supply integration, retail execution excellence and data‑driven decision making to deliver sustainable channel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Modern Trade operating model and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet channel growth targets.
• Integrate S&OP processes to achieve demand‑supply alignment, service excellence and commercial objectives.
• Own channel planning, performance management and governance through robust KPI tracking, analytics and reporting.
• Ensure high standards of data governance using EPOS data, dashboards and performance insights.
• Drive the Perfect Store agenda by setting execution standards for merchandising, pricing, assortment and in‑store compliance.
• Manage external merchandising and execution partners to deliver consistent, high‑quality retail execution at scale.
• Promote the use of execution dashboards and performance trackers to improve visibility and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales operations or commercial governance in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance and category functions.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in KPI monitoring, analytics and performance reporting.
• Track record of managing external partners and driving retail execution standards.
