About the role
We are a growing US‑based signage company that specializes in neon and illuminated signage solutions. This position focuses exclusively on converting warm, high‑intent inbound enquiries into closed sales without any cold outreach or lead generation responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle warm inbound leads via phone, chat, and email during US business hours.
- Execute consistent, urgent follow‑up on non‑responsive contacts.
- Consult with prospects to understand needs and recommend appropriate signage solutions.
- Address price objections confidently and close sales quickly.
- Coordinate supplier quotes as part of the active sales process.
- Maintain a clean, fully updated HubSpot CRM after every interaction.
- Track daily and weekly performance against closed‑revenue targets.
- Identify recurring objections or lost‑deal patterns to improve conversion.
Required profile
- Minimum 2–3 years in a dedicated closing role focused on high‑ticket products or services.
- Proven ability to manage and close multiple warm inbound leads daily without quality loss.
- Fluent English with exceptional verbal communication skills for US‑based clients.
- Willingness to work night‑shift hours aligned with US business hours.
- Ownership mindset for tasks beyond core sales activities.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
