About the role

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements to recommend suitable property units.
• Provide thorough briefings on property offerings and conduct product demonstrations.

• Drive the sales process to timely closure of deals.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to track evolving needs.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passionate about sales with a commitment to excellence and customer service.
• Alignment with core company values.
• At least 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication skills.
