About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team and drive property sales. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable property units, and guiding prospects through demonstrations and site visits to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements to recommend appropriate property units.
• Conduct product demonstrations and organise site visits for prospective buyers.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with clients to address evolving needs and ensure timely deal closure.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.

Required profile

• Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passionate about sales with a commitment to excellence and customer service.
• At least 1 year of sales experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
