Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth by creating and closing new business opportunities. Using a consultative selling approach, the individual will identify, qualify and nurture leads, turning them into sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs and to ensure a seamless sales process from prospecting through contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed established sales targets.
• Generate new business and expand accounts with existing customers.
• Conduct complex negotiations with senior‑level executives.
• Build rapport and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored sales strategies.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience.
• Proven track record of consistently over‑achieving sales quotas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrable ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Required skills

• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
