Sales Specialist

About the role

Revnix is seeking a results‑driven Sales Specialist to convert qualified opportunities into long‑term customers. You will own the sales process from discovery through contract signing, selling both custom software development services and our SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls, understand business challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
• Deliver product and service demonstrations, prepare proposals and quotations, and manage negotiations to close new business.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in HubSpot or Salesforce and collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing and SDR teams.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and monitor win‑rate, deal size and sales cycle metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B software, SaaS or technology solutions sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field; MBA or certifications a plus.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM or Salesforce.
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Calendly.
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
• ChatGPT for proposal drafting, Aircall or CloudTalk for calling.
• Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript or Python.
