Sales Specialist – Software & ERP Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our Lahore office and drive the growth of our software and Odoo ERP solutions. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and delivering product training.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers in the software and ERP market.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure effective client adoption.
• Collaborate closely with the implementation and support teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales and sales management with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to deliver training sessions and explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in the software or ERP industry is a plus.
