About the role
The Salesperson will work on‑site in Lahore, engaging directly with customers to promote Al Ghani’s food, retail and lifestyle products. The role focuses on meeting sales targets while delivering a positive shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets across relevant product categories.
- Manage customer inquiries, process orders and handle payments.
- Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability.
- Support promotional activities and gather customer feedback.
- Collaborate with store and operations teams to ensure timely service.
Required profile
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numeracy and cash‑handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail or food environment.
- Minimum high school education; sales or marketing training is a plus.
Required skills
- Comfort using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Basic computer application skills.
