Salesperson – Tile Solutions (On‑site)

About the role

Diamond Tiles (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Salesperson to join its Wah Cantonment showroom. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in and corporate customers, helping them choose the right tile solutions and guiding them through the entire sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk‑in and corporate clients, understand their needs and recommend suitable tile products.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing, including preparing quotations and processing orders.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Support in‑store merchandising, promotional activities and building long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, order processing and inventory coordination, preferably in building‑materials or related sectors.
• Effective spoken and written English; local language proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in showroom sales, construction materials or interior‑design products is beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Wah Cantonment, maintain a professional appearance and collaborate with team members.
• Minimum high‑school diploma; further education in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage.
