SAP B1 Junior Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a practical, problem‑solving SAP B1 Junior Functional Consultant to join our consulting team in Lahore. You will act as the primary technical and functional contact for clients, handling daily system errors, creating reports, and ensuring smooth ERP operations across both MS SQL Server and SAP HANA environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve daily client support tickets related to system errors, user access, and routine questions in core SAP B1 modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance).
• Write and modify SQL queries and SAP HANA scripts to retrieve data, fix stuck transactions, and perform backend database cleanup.
• Create and customize user reports, printing layouts, and interactive dashboards using Crystal Reports and SAP query tools.
• Assist in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting industry‑specific add‑ons and custom software extensions.
• Gather requirements, support system upgrades, and provide basic training to end‑users.
• Document recurring issues, client setups, and standard solutions for faster future resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience supporting users in an SAP Business One environment.
• Strong communication skills, patient client handling, and ability to propose practical technical solutions.
• Proficiency in spoken Arabic is preferred.
