SAP EAM (PM & PS) Consultant – Technology Consulting

About the role

Join a high‑performing technology consulting team to help clients maximise value from their SAP investments. You will lead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Project System (PS) implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP PM and PS implementation projects following EY methodologies.
• Analyse client maintenance and project planning processes and map them to SAP functionality.
• Configure and customise SAP PM (work centres, maintenance plans, notifications, orders) and SAP PS (WBS elements, networks, cost planning).
• Conduct unit, integration and UAT testing and ensure quality compliance.
• Develop and deliver end‑user training and create comprehensive documentation.
• Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshoot issues and apply enhancements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing and other stakeholders to integrate PM/PS with MM, FI/CO and other modules.
• Advise clients on asset management, preventive maintenance and project execution best practices.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including IoT, mobility solutions and analytics integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in SAP Digital Transformation, specifically SAP PM and/or PS.
• Minimum 3‑4 full‑cycle SAP PM or PS projects (design, build, deployment).
• Prior experience in Oil & Gas, Utilities or Manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) – preventive maintenance, notifications, orders, work centres.
• SAP Project System (PS) – WBS, networks, cost planning, budgeting.
• Integration knowledge with SAP MM, FI/CO.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile and Hybrid implementation methodologies.
• Experience with IoT, mobility solutions and analytics integration.
