Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

VisaPro Immigration Services, a U.S. immigration law firm serving companies, investors, professionals, nonprofits and individuals, is hiring a full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization Specialist in Sargodha District. The specialist plans and runs SEO strategies to improve the firm's online visibility, organic traffic and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies to grow online visibility, organic traffic and leads.
• Conduct keyword research, perform SEO audits and optimize on-page elements.
• Monitor website performance with analytics tools and manage link-building in line with best practices.
• Work with marketing and content teams so web pages, landing pages and blog posts follow SEO guidelines and match business goals.
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, analyze competitors and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in professional services, legal or immigration-related industries is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Keyword research and on-page SEO, including site structure, metadata and content optimization.
• SEO audits and technical and content improvements.
• Ethical link building, including outreach, partnerships and content-driven link acquisition.
• Proficiency with web analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Comfort with websites and content management systems; basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
