About the role

The Security, Health & Safety & Administrative Executive supports the organisation by overseeing security, health & safety, administrative and protocol activities. The role ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations while handling confidential information.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative, protocol and operational support for security, health & safety and governance matters.
• Coordinate with law‑enforcement agencies, public offices, stakeholders and external partners.
• Support implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of security measures and compliance practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and control of sensitive documentation.
• Manage health & safety initiatives in line with ISO standards.
• Assist with awareness sessions, training programmes, audits and inspections.
• Use AI tools and digital technologies to improve reporting and documentation efficiency.
• Prepare minutes, official correspondence, reports and maintain accurate records.
• Develop presentations, briefing documents and PowerPoint decks for internal and external audiences.
• Monitor geopolitical developments and provide relevant insights.

Required profile

• Strong coordination, documentation and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
• Ability to work in confidential and sensitive environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with AI‑driven productivity platforms.
