Senior AI Project Manager

About the role

NexaQuanta is looking for a Senior AI Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for international enterprise clients. You will own complex initiatives across LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG architectures and classical ML, ensuring delivery aligns with Responsible AI principles and SDLC governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Generative AI, Agentic AI and ML solutions from discovery through production, including LLM‑powered applications, agent orchestration, RAG pipelines and classical models.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies and release plans across AI, data, cloud and application workstreams; run Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery trackers, RAID logs and leadership reporting.
• Act as primary interface for international clients (UK, Europe, Middle East, North America), conducting workshops, feasibility studies and solution walkthroughs while managing expectations on capabilities, timelines and cost.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to set model objectives, evaluation metrics and validation criteria (accuracy, bias, hallucination risk, latency, cost) and ensure integration with enterprise data platforms, APIs and cloud infrastructure.

Required profile

• 7+ years in AI delivery, technical project management or programme delivery, with proven experience bringing Generative AI and ML solutions into production.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills, experience with international enterprise clients and ability to run Agile/Scrum/Kanban or hybrid delivery models.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) and Agentic AI orchestration frameworks.
• Building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• MLOps / LLMOps practices and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, AgilePM, SAFe, Scrum Master) are a plus.
