Senior Accountant, Business Analyst & Executive Assistant – Abbottabad

About the role

Bright Max Trading Pvt Ltd is expanding its international e‑commerce and trading operations and is looking for three experienced professionals to join the team in Abbottabad. The positions include a Senior Accountant focused on finance and inventory control, a Business Analyst driving marketplace and commercial analytics, and an Executive Assistant supporting operations and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Senior Accountant: manage day‑to‑day accounting, AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations; control inventory accounting, reconcile stock with ERP and marketplace data; monitor COGS, inventory valuation, and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Business Analyst: analyse sales, revenue, profit and marketplace performance; track KPIs such as margins, AOV and inventory turnover; build Excel dashboards, conduct competitor and pricing analysis, and support forecasting and budgeting.
• Executive Assistant: provide administrative and operational support to senior managers; manage calendars, meetings and travel arrangements; prepare presentations, reports and meeting agendas; coordinate cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for each role.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with multi‑currency transactions (for finance role).
• Experience in e‑commerce or international trading is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP software for accounting and inventory management.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other business‑intelligence tools (advantageous for analyst role).
