Senior Accountant – Onsite, Lahore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Lahore. The role focuses on managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions while ensuring accurate financial records and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, including AP and AR processing.
• Maintain ledgers, process invoices and payments, and perform regular reconciliations.
• Monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and produce aging reports.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, account schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with tax consultants for filings, compliance, and related documentation.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, ensuring accuracy of records.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial controls in line with company policies and accounting standards.
• Provide timely financial information to management and internal stakeholders for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Proven ability to manage reconciliations, ledgers, invoicing, and payments.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting.
• Experience coordinating with tax consultants for filings and compliance.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial record‑keeping.

• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
