Senior Agile Project Manager – Digital Banking & Crypto

About the role

Aqovia is seeking a senior Agile Project Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary squads delivering digital banking and crypto solutions. You will act as the bridge between client vision and technical execution, overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of API‑driven architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Steer cross‑functional teams through the full software development lifecycle, from discovery to production.
• Manage C‑suite stakeholder expectations and translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
• Unblock development bottlenecks using AI‑augmented workflows such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Drive continuous improvement with DORA metrics and XP practices.
• Lead bid management activities (RFIs/RFPs) and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex software projects in fintech, digital wallets, open banking, BaaS or crypto integration.
• Strong product management capabilities, including roadmap creation and backlog refinement.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor full‑stack squads and foster a DevOps culture.
