Senior AI Project Manager

About the role

NexaQuanta is looking for a Senior AI Project Manager to own the delivery of Generative AI, Agentic AI and Machine Learning solutions for international enterprise clients. You will coordinate across engineering, data, and client teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Responsible AI principles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of LLM‑powered applications, agent orchestration, RAG solutions and classical ML models from discovery to production.
• Define delivery scope, milestones, dependencies and release plans across AI, data, cloud and application workstreams.
• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain trackers, RAID logs and leadership reporting.
• Act as primary interface for international clients, conduct discovery workshops and manage expectations around AI capabilities, timelines and costs.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to set model objectives, evaluation metrics and success thresholds.
• Ensure compliance with NexaQuanta’s Responsible AI SDLC, including risk, fairness and compliance reviews, model cards and data cards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in AI delivery, technical project management or programme delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering Generative AI and ML solutions into production.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on risk mitigation.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with large language models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Experience with Agentic AI orchestration frameworks.
• Building Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and using vector databases.
• Strong Agile project management experience (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models).
• Knowledge of AI governance processes (model cards, data cards, fairness reviews).
