Senior Associate I - HR Data Analytics, Dashboarding & Automation

About the role

A.F.Ferguson & Co, a PwC business advisory firm, is hiring a Senior Associate I for its Human Capital Development function. The role turns HR data into trusted insights, interactive dashboards and automated solutions that improve workforce decision-making, operational efficiency and employee experience. It works across HR teams with business and technology partners to strengthen data quality, governance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse workforce data across the employee lifecycle (headcount, hiring, onboarding, performance, skills, movement and attrition) and turn it into actionable insights for HR and leadership
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reporting for HR KPIs, including data models with Power Query and dimensional modelling
• Cleanse, transform and reconcile HR data, set data-quality checks and keep documentation of sources, rules and KPI definitions
• Automate repetitive HR activities with tools such as Power Automate, Power Query and Microsoft 365, and explore AI-enabled use cases with governance
• Partner with HR teams to define requirements, map processes, support user adoption and track dashboard and automation effectiveness

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Practical experience in data analysis, dashboard development, business intelligence or process automation; HR/people analytics experience preferred

Required skills

• Strong Power BI, including Power Query, data modelling, DAX and dashboard design
• Advanced Excel; SQL or similar query tools desirable
• Workflow automation tools such as Power Automate desirable
