About the role

Industronics Engineering is seeking a Senior Business Developer to drive growth across its automation, engineering, security, and IT solutions portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on uncovering new market opportunities, building pipelines, and strengthening client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
• Conduct market research and generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design growth strategies.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on activities, results and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities to assess market data and trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in lead generation and relationship building.
• Solid background in market research and prospect identification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Demonstrated track record in business development or sales.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Knowledge of automation, engineering or IT sectors is advantageous.
