Senior Business Development Manager – International Student Recruitment

About the role

Univive is looking for a proactive Senior Business Development Manager to lead international student recruitment for UK education in Pakistan. The remote position will shape strategy, build partnerships and drive enrolment growth across key Pakistani markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute market‑entry strategies to increase Univive’s presence in Pakistan, focusing on UK university programmes.
• Identify and secure new recruitment channels, education agents and university partners.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities in Lahore and other major cities.
• Lead sales and marketing campaigns, represent Univive at education fairs and industry events.
• Manage the full student lifecycle from inquiry to enrolment using CRM systems, providing counselling and pre‑departure support.
• Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to ensure smooth application processing.
• Set up reporting dashboards, track conversion metrics and present insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record in international student recruitment, preferably within the UK higher‑education sector.
• Strong network of educational agents and institutions across Pakistan.
• Deep understanding of higher‑education systems and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and partnership management skills.
