About the role

Overjet, the world‑leader in dental AI, is seeking a Senior Business Recruiter to own the full‑cycle hiring engine for its fast‑growing, US‑based organization with a global reach. You will drive high‑volume pipelines, partner with hiring managers across time zones, and ensure every candidate experiences a strong impression of Overjet.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for high‑volume roles, from intake to offer.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies that tap overseas talent pools.
• Coordinate multiple open requisitions across teams and time zones.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with all candidates.
• Keep the ATS (Ashby) clean, current, and accurate.
• Partner directly with US hiring managers to translate role needs into candidate searches.
• Identify pipeline bottlenecks early and propose proactive fixes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university in your home country.
• Proven experience recruiting for a US‑based startup with international reach.
• Ability to work US business hours.
• Demonstrated success managing full‑cycle recruiting for roles of varying seniority.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High ownership, low ego, and a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, technical, mission‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for sourcing and screening.
• Proficiency in using the Ashby ATS.
• Experience with Juicebox (optional).
