About the role

Medcare MSO, a leading US‑based Healthcare IT and Revenue Cycle Management company, is expanding its digital presence and seeks a Senior Content Writer to produce high‑quality, SEO‑driven content focused on medical billing and RCM.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality, well‑researched content including blogs, website copy, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and marketing materials.
• Translate complex medical billing and RCM concepts into clear, engaging, conversion‑focused copy.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all assets.
• Develop SEO‑optimized content using keyword research and best practices.
• Collaborate with SEO and digital marketing teams to improve rankings, traffic, and engagement.
• Continuously update and optimize existing content based on performance insights.
• Produce content aligned with coding standards (CPT, ICD‑10, HCPCS) and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, CMS).
• Work closely with subject‑matter experts such as coders, RCM managers, and compliance teams.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations, payer policies, and industry trends.
• Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs and refine strategy accordingly.
• Coordinate with designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders for content execution and support campaign‑based lead generation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in content writing, preferably within healthcare, medical billing, or RCM.
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes and coding standards (CPT, ICD‑10, HCPCS).
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
• Proven experience in SEO content writing, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot.
• Excellent command of English writing, editing, and proofreading with high attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
