About the role
My Tutor Source is looking for a passionate Senior Customer Success Executive to drive exceptional tutoring experiences and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Introduce customers to our services through detailed sessions and arrange teacher demo/intro sessions.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups, maintain communication with students and teachers, and monitor activities to gather feedback for service improvement.
- Build strong customer relationships, proactively engage to improve retention, and convert trial sessions into paying customers.
- Perform inside‑sales activities, research prospects, analyze data, and take action based on results.
- Coordinate multiple tasks with the team, update the database, schedule intro/demo sessions, and manage teachers’ schedules.
- Write content for various purposes and consistently aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.
