Senior Demand Planner – Center of Excellence

About the role

GSK is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to join its Center of Excellence team. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end forecasting process, ensure data integrity, and provide actionable insights to commercial and supply chain partners across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and publish forecasts, Pre‑DRM tools and related dashboards.
• Maintain centralized data repositories, enforce data quality standards and governance.
• Design, standardise and automate reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead forecast review meetings, engage commercial stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate escalations to meet CCC timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain (Master’s preferred).
• At least 4 years of experience in an analytical or demand‑planning role.
• Strong numerical and problem‑solving abilities with a proven track record in forecasting.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or fast‑moving consumer goods sectors.
• Demonstrated stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
