Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

5Crest is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve its Azure‑based cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and security controls across all environments. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, security, and leadership teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage, and maintain Microsoft Azure resources including Virtual Networks, VPN gateways, private endpoints, and Azure Database for PostgreSQL.
• Operate Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) – node pools, ingress, networking, DNS, certificates, and private connectivity.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, manage Dockerfiles, Helm charts, and Kubernetes manifests.
• Configure Cloudflare DNS, WAF, firewall rules, SSL/TLS, and monitor performance with Datadog.
• Implement Flyway database migrations, manage secrets via Azure Key Vault and managed identities, and support disaster‑recovery planning.
• Review infrastructure costs, optimize cloud spend, and document all processes and troubleshooting steps.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and AKS.
• Proven ability to build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and containerized deployments.
• Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Independent problem‑solver who can communicate solutions clearly.
