Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

A Senior DevOps Engineer position based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, focused on managing Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications. The role works closely with developers, QA and operations teams to streamline processes and improve productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters in production environments
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD
• Containerize applications with Docker and support their deployment
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Terragrunt, Pulumi or Ansible
• Set up monitoring to ensure system health, performance and security
• Collaborate with developers, QA and operations teams
• Ensure security and compliance in containerized environments

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters
• Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Scripting proficiency in Bash or Python

Required skills

• Kubernetes and Docker, including creating and managing images and containers
• CI/CD automation of build, test and deployment
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible or similar
