Senior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Cosmo Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to own and grow 1–2 client accounts. You will act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring marketing projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding client needs and business context.
• Run regular status calls, prepare meeting notes, and track action items to closure.
• Translate client briefs into clear tasks for designers, copywriters, and developers.
• Own project timelines, set deadlines, monitor progress, and hold the team accountable.
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end email marketing campaigns.
• Develop and manage content calendars and coordinate content production.
• Set up and manage basic marketing automation flows.
• Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide client‑ready commentary.
• Support pitches, proposals, and quarterly reviews as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, account management or client servicing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, especially email, content and automation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results without constant supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project‑management instincts and a bias toward action.

Required skills

• Experience with email/marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot or Klaviyo.
