Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Magnero Digital Marketing Agency is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Pakistani team. You will shape strategy, define audiences, build conversion tracking, analyse performance and turn ad spend into measurable business results for national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑funnel advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta platforms, aligning campaigns with client goals and budgets.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and work with development teams when needed.
• Monitor performance daily, diagnose under‑performance, run A/B tests, and recommend CRO improvements.
• Produce dashboards, client reports and action plans that explain performance changes and guide budget allocation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital or performance marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• Professional working proficiency in English and ability to communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Remarketing, Lead Generation).
• Advanced Meta Ads (lead generation, sales, traffic, engagement, Custom and Lookalike Audiences).
• GA4 and Google Tag Manager for event and conversion tracking.
• Enhanced Conversions, Meta Pixel, Conversions API and first‑party data measurement.
