About the role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our fast‑moving venture building team. You will work directly with tech leads to create MVPs, scale cloud‑native systems, and deliver high‑impact solutions across fintech, healthcare, AI and other domains.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement cloud‑native, microservices‑based back‑end services.
Build, ship, and maintain high‑quality code using Python and modern web frameworks.
Own technical KPIs, ensure reliability, and contribute to architecture decisions.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs, set up CI/CD pipelines, and manage deployments.
Leverage AI‑powered tools and LLM frameworks to accelerate development.
Mentor junior teammates and promote best practices such as test‑driven development.

Required profile

3‑5 years of software engineering experience, including 1‑2 years in a startup or fast‑paced environment.
Strong problem‑solving mindset, ability to move fast and take extreme ownership.
Comfortable learning new technologies quickly and adapting to changing requirements.
