About the role
We are seeking a Vice President to lead our Employee Banking division, shaping strategy and driving growth across employer partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Employee Banking strategy.
- Build and manage relationships with key employers and strategic partners.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Lead employer onboarding, due diligence, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, Technology, and Partnership teams.
- Monitor KPIs, ROI, and employer portfolio performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years experience in Sales, Business Development or Employee Banking.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale employer partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
