Senior Executive Facilities

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Executive to lead our facilities operations. In this role you will ensure that all infrastructure, utilities, and services are maintained to the highest standards, supporting safety, efficiency, and a productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, infrastructure, and equipment.
• Monitor facility conditions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Supervise contractors and vendors to guarantee quality service and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with facility improvement projects, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Maintain accurate facility records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet operational and administrative needs.
• Support cost‑optimization and continuous‑improvement initiatives in facility management.

Required profile

• DAE in Automobile or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, infrastructure operations, or engineering support.
• Strong understanding of facility management practices and maintenance operations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with maintenance documentation.
