Senior Executive – Indirect Tax

About the role

The Senior Executive – Indirect Tax ensures end‑to‑end sales tax compliance for telecom operations, delivering accurate revenue reporting and timely filing of returns. The role supports daily compliance while minimizing tax risks and providing reliable tax information to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly sales tax returns to FBR, SRB, PRA, KPRA, BRA & AJK.
• Manage single sales tax return on the FBR IRIS portal, including data extraction, analysis and payment processing.
• Monitor tax portals (SSTR, IRIS, SRB, PRA, etc.) and ensure accurate reporting of telecom revenue streams.
• Record and process tax invoices, maintain payment records and reconcile them.
• Handle tax issues for inactive vendors, blocked NTN or suspended status and issue STWHT certificates and Annex C.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; part‑qualified CA, ACCA, MBA or CMA preferred.
• 3‑4 years of experience in telecom or large corporate tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of telecom taxation, multi‑jurisdictional tax handling and withholding tax rules.
