Senior Executive – Mobility Products (Enterprise VAS)

About the role

The Senior Executive – Mobility Products will drive the growth and management of the Enterprise VAS and Omni‑Channel portfolio for government and corporate customers. Reporting to the Deputy Director GCSS – Products Planning & Development, the role supports sales teams, regional units, and strategic bids across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Support product lifecycle from concept through launch, enhancement, and retirement.
• Monitor product performance, adoption trends, and revenue contribution.
• Coordinate enhancements based on customer feedback and business needs.
• Develop and commercialise CPaaS, Virtual PBX, CRBT, VRBT, Bulk Voice Messaging, Call‑Center, AdTech and other enterprise communication solutions.
• Prepare product presentations, brochures, commercial proposals and conduct sales‑enablement training.
• Assist Enterprise Sales and regional teams in pre‑sales activities, customer meetings and technical presentations.
• Support mega RFPs, tenders and strategic bids by preparing technical and commercial responses.
• Liaise with Technology, IT, Finance, Legal and Procurement to ensure successful product launches and solution delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telecom or enterprise communication product management.
• Strong understanding of VAS, Omni‑Channel and CPaaS ecosystems.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, technology and legal teams.
• Excellent analytical and commercial acumen.
