Senior Expert – Coupa Procurement Systems

About the role

Telenor Shared Services Pakistan is seeking a Senior Expert to lead the administration, configuration, development and operation of its Coupa spend‑management platform. The role blends Coupa platform ownership with functional DevOps responsibilities, ensuring stability, data quality and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day administration and operational management of the Coupa platform, including user, role and access administration.
• Perform master data maintenance, system housekeeping, health checks and control activities to guarantee data accuracy and platform stability.
• Analyse change requests, DTBs and configuration proposals, assess impacts, and implement approved changes.
• Provide analytics, operational insights and recommendations for process, configuration and platform enhancements.
• Support incident resolution, high‑severity issues and coordinate with integration, ERP and technical teams.
• Participate in testing, release and change management activities, ensuring minimal business disruption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with Coupa administration, S2P/SCM solutions and ERP implementations.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Excellent English communication skills.
