Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Our client, Hightech Solutions, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead its finance function in Lahore. The role involves steering financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Develop financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.
• Lead the finance team to deliver timely and accurate reports.
• Analyse financial data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align financial objectives with business goals.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts and other financial transactions.
• Present financial reports and analyses to executive management.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial reporting and insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 6–10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing and developing a finance team.
• Ability to make informed strategic financial decisions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• CPA, CFA or similar professional certification highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
