Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

About the role

Devsinc is looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to lead end‑to‑end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for clients across North America, the UK and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle D365 F&O projects from requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing and go‑live, staying with the client until the solution is fully adopted.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis, shape solutions that match real business processes and deliver according to Microsoft’s Success by Design framework.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices, adoption and post‑implementation support.
• Design and deliver user training, provide ongoing support and ensure confidence in the new system.
• Collaborate with functional, technical consultants and project managers, mentor junior staff and uphold high delivery standards.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX) and at least two full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of Finance (GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting) and/or Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehouse, Production).
• Proven ability to write BRDs, FDDs, test scripts and lead SIT, UAT, data migration and cut‑over activities.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, IT or related field.
