Senior Global Brand Manager – Glow & Lovely

About the role

Unilever is seeking a Senior Global Brand Manager to lead the Glow & Lovely brand across its global portfolio, including key markets such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia and other South‑Asian and SEA regions. The role will drive brand strategy, consumer‑centric innovation and integrated communications to strengthen the brand’s market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term brand strategy based on market forces, category insights and growth opportunities.
• Place the consumer at the core of all decisions, identifying real problems and delivering innovative solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to bring new products and campaigns to market on schedule.
• Design and roll out communication plans, working with creative agencies to produce 360° brand experiences.
• Collaborate with design and packaging agencies to create consumer‑insight‑driven pack solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across senior leadership, regional teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market data into actionable brand strategies.
• Proven experience in consumer‑focused brand building within the beauty or skincare sector.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver results across multiple functions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
