Senior Global Roaming Coordinator

About the role
The Senior Global Roaming Coordinator will lead the operational execution of roaming roll‑out plans across multiple markets. Based in Islamabad, you will work closely with international roaming partners and internal teams to ensure seamless service launches.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain communication with roaming partners.
- Support negotiation and coordination of International Roaming Agreements (IRAs).
- Drive testing, implementation, and launch of roaming services according to the roll‑out plan.
- Monitor progress against rollout schedules, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and status updates in the Roaming Management Tool.
- Collaborate with cross‑regional internal teams to achieve effective rollout outcomes.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in mobile roaming or telecom operations.
- Proven experience in coordination roles within roaming rollout or similar functions.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree with a basic technical understanding of mobile roaming.
