Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead end‑to‑end design projects for a variety of clients. You will translate ideas into compelling visual solutions across social and digital media, while collaborating closely with creative and strategy teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full design and illustration process from ideation to final execution.
• Create visual assets for social and digital campaigns as needed.
• Develop concepts in line with creative and strategy briefs.
• Contribute to pitch presentations and agency‑internal design direction.
• Continuously build technical capacity with emerging digital media tools.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts.
• Adapt work to dynamic market trends and global/local tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field (preferred).
• 3‑4 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
• Awareness of current design trends and digital media platforms.
• Understanding of ethical use of Generative AI tools in design workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience using Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL‑E, and Adobe Firefly.
