Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Optimize Digital is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a sharp creative eye and strong attention to detail. You will work closely with the marketing and web teams to create visually striking designs for digital campaigns, branding materials and social media. The position is full-time and on-site in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging visual concepts for digital and print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design ad creatives, landing pages and brand assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing digital and print design work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
