Senior HR Business Partner – Regional Leadership

About the role

Waseela is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic HR advisor for its regional leadership. The role focuses on aligning people initiatives with business objectives, enhancing employee experience, and supporting operational excellence across field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders to translate business challenges into HR solutions covering workforce planning, talent management, performance, engagement and retention.
• Lead recruitment for regional and branch positions, conduct manpower forecasting and monitor hiring metrics.
• Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, feedback and improvement plans; identify talent and succession needs.
• Manage employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations and separations while ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Conduct field visits to assess engagement and culture, implement surveys and action plans, and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, transfers, promotions and exits; track key HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leaders.
• Support organizational change initiatives and digital transformation programs.

Required profile

• Strategic HR advisor with experience supporting senior leadership.
• Proven ability to design and implement talent acquisition, workforce planning and performance management processes.
• Strong background in employee relations, compliance and HR analytics.
• Experience working in field‑based or regional environments.
