Senior HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven Senior HR Executive to own the full employee lifecycle, optimise our digital HRIS platform and lead high‑impact talent acquisition and performance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies, including campus partnerships, employer branding and Management Trainee Programs.
• Lead onboarding processes to ensure a seamless, compliant experience that accelerates time‑to‑productivity.
• Serve as functional administrator and super‑user of Zoho People, maintaining data integrity, automating workflows and providing analytics for decision‑making.
• Oversee performance evaluations, confirmation workflows, leave administration and off‑boarding procedures.
• Draft, update and audit corporate policies, employee handbooks and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
• Facilitate OKR framework design, implementation and review across departments.
• Act as the bridge between regional leadership and distributed teams, fostering a unified culture and clear goal alignment.
• Provide employee‑relations guidance, resolve grievances and promote a high‑performance work environment.

Required profile

• MBA or BBA with a focus on Human Resources or a closely related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast‑growing organisation.
• Strong strategic mindset, tech‑savvy attitude and proven ability to manage complex HR projects.
