Senior HR Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Officer to lead and coordinate all core HR functions across the organization. The role acts as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring a fair, productive, and compliant workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to selection.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Implement staff development, engagement initiatives, and events.
• Oversee conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support performance appraisal processes, including KPI setting and monitoring.
• Assist with career development planning and training programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date HR policies, ensure compliance with labour laws, and prepare statutory reports.
• Collaborate with finance/payroll to guarantee accurate salary processing.
• Manage employee benefits, leave, attendance, and HR records.
• Produce HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3‑6 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Required skills

• Knowledge of payroll management processes.
• Familiarity with HR databases and reporting tools.
