Senior Integration Manager – ERP Digital Transformation

About the role

Careem is seeking a senior‑level professional to lead Oracle Cloud integrations and Fusion applications as part of its ERP digital transformation. The role is hands‑on, requiring design, deployment and support of secure, scalable solutions across finance, HR, supply chain and consumer platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services such as Vault, Functions and API Gateways to build serverless back‑ends.
• Implement security protocols including JWT and certificate‑based authentication for banking and payment integrations.
• Lead large‑scale data migration pipelines using HDL, HSDL and FBDI frameworks and create OTBI/OAC/BI Publisher reports.
• Build custom cloud extensions with Oracle APEX, Visual Builder Cloud Service, ADF and Process Cloud Service.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience delivering Oracle Cloud integrations in production, including incident troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, SCM, HCM) and end‑to‑end business processes such as Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay.
• Proven ability to work directly with cross‑functional stakeholders and manage user acceptance testing and knowledge transfer.
