Senior Key Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Key Account Manager will lead revenue and profit growth for Jaffer Business Systems by acquiring new enterprise customers, expanding service penetration within existing accounts, and converting software licensing opportunities into managed‑service engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and gross profit through strategic account management, focusing on bundle implementation, managed services, support and consulting across SAP, Oracle and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Identify and acquire new enterprise customers in target industries, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop tailored value propositions that combine software licensing with high‑margin service offerings and ensure service attachment on all license‑led deals.
• Monitor account performance, GP mix and quarterly/annual targets, promoting cross‑selling and expansion of managed services.
• Lead strategic account planning, stakeholder engagement and consultative solution selling to support JBS’s Elevate, Extend and Expand priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise technology sales, account management and business development.
• Track record of acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts in the IT services sector.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models and managed services.
• Excellent consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
