About the role
foodpanda is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to own and grow relationships with its highest‑value vendor partners. You will act as the main point of contact for city‑wide client accounts, driving revenue and ensuring seamless collaboration across the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and deepen relationships with top‑performing vendors that generate the most orders and revenue.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Drive month‑on‑month growth for all assigned accounts.
- Prepare and present reports on commercial, operational, product mix and marketing metrics.
- Forecast and track key account performance, including sales results and annual forecasts.
- Design and execute exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships and co‑branding activities.
- Support cross‑functional teams by communicating lessons learned, resolving urgent issues and deploying processes and tools.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as they arise.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in account management, sales or a comparable commercial role.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to take full ownership.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and data‑driven mindset.
- Ability to perform root‑cause analysis and build process flows.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets).
