Senior Manager – Accounting, Reporting & Analysis

About the role

Lead the accounting and financial reporting function, overseeing the transition to SAP, maintaining accrual‑based records, preparing financial statements and delivering management reports and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP finance process implementation, including chart of accounts mapping, opening balances, reporting requirements, user acceptance testing and controls.
• Supervise monthly and year‑end closing, accruals, pre‑payments, fixed assets and reconciliations.
• Prepare annual financial statements and supporting schedules in line with the adopted accounting framework.
• Produce monthly and quarterly budget‑versus‑actual reports, cash forecasts, expenditure analysis and management dashboards.
• Coordinate with external auditors, internal audit and government offices on accounting and reporting matters.

Required profile

• Membership of a recognised professional accounting body (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent).
• At least 7 years post‑qualification experience in financial statements, accrual accounting, management reporting and team supervision.

Required skills

• SAP finance modules implementation and operation.
• Advanced Excel for analysis and reporting.
