About the role

The Senior Manager RCMS will design, implement and maintain Camunda BPM applications for the bank, while leading backend development using Java and Spring Boot.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain scalable backend systems based on micro‑services architecture.
Build robust APIs and services that power digital channel applications.

Required profile

Proven experience in senior‑level backend engineering and BPM solutions.
Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
